The remainder of the fee is due two weeks before the event. 
A certificate of liability insurance is to be furnished by the lessee two weeks before the event.

Dakota City Church/Bandstand Usage Policies

Fees

$250  -  Use of the church for rehearsal and wedding

$200  -  Use of the Bandstand


Church policies

1.    Reed organ may be used, but only by a qualified organist.  Dakota City can provide names of possible organists.

2.    Candles may be used in front candelabrum only.  The kerosene lamp chandelier may be used, but may be lit by a Dakota City representative only.

3.    Church may be decorated at the time of the rehearsal.  Wedding party is responsible for the removal of all decorations within 48 hours.

4.    No food or drinks are allowed in the church.

5.    A Dakota City representative must be on site whenever the church is open.  Access to the church will be provided by the representative.

6.    The use of alcohol is not permitted on Dakota City property.                                                                                                         

 
Bandstand and Drug Store policies:

1.     Any benches/furniture moved shall be replaced to their original location.

2.     Wedding party is responsible for the removal of all decorations within 48 hours.

Please note:

The bandstand is not handicapped accessible.

The church has electric lights only over the chancel area.

Bathroom facilities will be open, but are 2 blocks distance from the church.
